Welcome to the Climate Connect Digital website, located at http://climateconnect.digital (hereinafter to as the “Website”). This Website, is an Internet Based/Online Service Portal owned and operated by Climate Connect Digital Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom under the Companies Act 2006, having its registered office at Suite 1, 3rd Floor 11 – 12 St James’s Square, London, SW1Y 4LB, UK (hereinafter referred to as “Climate Connect Digital”, “we”, “us”). Climate Connect Digital is involved in the business of developing, owning and operating Wind and Solar projects in India.

Any person accessing or visiting the Website for whatever purposes, shall be deemed to have accepted all of the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms and Conditions, along with its Privacy Policy or any amendments/ addendums etc. (herein, collectively referred to as “Terms of Use”) made from time to time by Climate Connect Digital at its sole discretion and posted on the Website (hereinafter referred to as “User”, “You”, “Your”).

This document is to be treated as an electronic record, within the meaning accorded to it under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (hereinafter referred to as the “IT Act”) and the rules made thereunder as applicable, which may be amended from time to time. This document is published pursuant to the compliance requirements under Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the “IT Intermediaries Guidelines”) which require publishing the rules and regulations, Privacy Policy and user agreement for access or usage of the Website.

7. Entire Agreement

If any part of this User Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the User Agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Website/ Service and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and us with respect to the Website/ Service.
